Our Story

Cline Design Group started in 1998. We have successfully merged Design and Construction in the same company. Owner, Jeff Cline is an Architect and Licensed General Contractor. We have Designed and Built Hundreds of Custom Homes around Colorado.

Our Mission

We pride ourselves on creative design that is efficient and on budget. Our construction takes aim and the best quality and a timely finish.

Our Vision

We believe good design doesn’t always have to mean more cost. Quality is the priority. Bringing the project in on budget is paramount.

Meet Jeffery Cline, the driving force behind Cline Design Group, where design and construction converge seamlessly. With over 25 years of expertise as an architect and licensed general contractor, Jeffery has redefined custom home living in Colorado.

His innovative approach has earned him accolades, including being a 2016 Finalist for Home Builders Association Mame Award in two categories: Best Custom Home Architecture over 4,000 sq. ft. and under 4,000 sq. ft. In 2010, he secured the Best Custom Home Architecture over 4,000 sq. ft. award.

Shawn

Lead Project Manager

Meet Shawn, our lead project manager for all projects and a force for efficient performance. He leads our contractors with the utmost integrity, confidence, and demonstrates the highest quality. He is one of our client's primary point of contact throughout the construction process.  Born in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, Shawn is our go-to guy for all things construction. Once Shawn receives the plans, he takes it from there.

Management & Accounting Support

Here we, have Kristine, our management and accounting support, who brings light and positivity to our team. She supports in facilitating draws reviewing budgets and is a trusted resource for any of our client's questions regarding the management and finances of our projects. If you see her around, you will always find her with her furry companion, Khloe.
