HOW CLINE STARTED

Cline Design Build was started in 1998 by Owner Jeff Cline.  Jeff had visions of a Single Source Contract where one Company is reponsible for Quality at every phase of the project.  Jeff double majored in Construction Management and Business.  He completed his education receiving his Masters Degree in Architecture.  We have been blessed with many great Trade Partners, Clients, and Investors over the years.

Cline Design Build is a Colorado based firm that specializes in Architectural Design & Construction.  Projects we work on range from Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Remodels, Track homes, and Custom homes.  We have been recognized multiple times, winning design awards, and have a resume filled with beautiful work.

Having designed over 230 projects, we have touched many parts of Metro Denver, Fort Collins, Grand County, and Summit County.
