Each year, the Denver HBA singles out one local community for its overall commitment to excellence. In 2008, that community is Solterra—both a tremendous honor for homecrafters, and a first for the Lakewood area. The 2008 Denver Parade of Homes, to be held July 26th through September 1st, will showcase eight of Solterra’s most luxurious enclave estates, each representing the architectural artistry of esteemed custom homecrafters.
